Great kettlebell clips – Thanks! Charles
I’m fat and out of shape with weak knees. Is using a kettlebell and option for me ?
@MrMorash1997 This is obe of the best full body workout yes, I have been doing it since I first saw this video, and it also works your cardio, the only major part of your body is not working on is your chest
What an intense workout. I like the tabata intervals, I think I’ll try something like that myself one of these days. It’s a great way to increase the intensity while keeping the workout time short. thanks for showing the vid!
is this like a full body workout?
You can start with this one, but you’d better switch to a bigger one as soon as possible. To become big and strong you should be able to clean and press 32 kg kettlebell at least 10 times. That’s a reality. Strenght and muscle don’t come easy. Read Brooks Kubik’s “Dinosaur Training”.
this 6 is mins that will get the heart pumping
@jimmymc1234 at that bodyweight … i would use a 45-55 lb kettlebell … im 185 lb and 5’8″ and i use 45-70 lb kettlebells with ease
Its tougher than it looks… I’m only starting out and these are great simple exercises.
By the way, whats with all the plaster work on the wall behind you? Hope it wasnt some dude with a bit of ‘roid rage attacking inatimate objects in a muscle fury. haha. Just joking, cheers for the vid.
ive just tryed this now.
WOW. it works good!! great work out, thanks for sharing.
@SDOTT123 – Stick with the basics – swings, get ups etc. Google ETK programme minimum and give that a go. Stick to a healthy, balanced diet and you shouldn’t have problems. Best of luck.
Just got a kettlebell, and this is a great routine to have. I’m calling it the 6 Minute Rage. Thanks for putting this up!
just got some kettlebells, diddnt know many workout techniques. thanks
