The down part of his snatch is pathetic, its like a slowed down reversed clean. Do it like a man, or don’t do it at all.
I notice it works your legs, abs, balance, grip,
every thing but the for arms gets a good work out. the for arms get worked when you snatch, and do any exercise when your arm is extended like for example the the Turkish get up
now that is awesome work out

shoulders, chest, wrist, back and the for arms, but not like crazy just perfectly
Plus I find that the KB exercises work your core waaaay more than just DBs. At least for me….

the motions are much more fluid, i can do a figure 8 then do a clean then do a press and then squat, you cant do these motions with a dumbbell without stopping and repositioning the dumbbell. Plus the kettlebell works on your grip and forearms greatly, I use dumbbells as well but the kettlebell is much more fun imo. Try it out, I was skeptical at first as well.
I think that because the kettlebell is always driving down you’re less likely to torque your shoulder or cause a similar injury.

I don’t understand what people love Kettlebell. I can use a dumbbell to do the same exercises that he says.

this video would be much more effective if the man can perform a squat thrust the right way.. ive been training with kettlebells for 4 years and this guy is horseshit
dumbbells are barbells are weight training and resistance training, lol. and you do not need any machines, machines are for old woman and disabled people. remember most people who use kettlebells are NOT bodybuilders. it is mostly used as a conditioning tool for athletes. i have been studying exercise science, kinesiology, and physiology for years so don’t tell me to look anything up..
yeah and thats why kettlebells are good because theres hundreds of exercises you can do with them. and if you dont think you can get a max strength workout for your legs try doing pistol squats with a 100+ lb kettlebell and see if u get passed 3 reps.
