Kettlebell class? I have taken it a couple of times so far, and would like to continue. I am a female and they said I wouldn’t ‘bulk’ up. I want to get more toned and leaner. I also go to spinning class and use the eliptical. I want to start going to kettlebell class 2 times a week and spinning 3 times. Will I see results soon? I am a person that is in shape and it seems like it is harder to lose weight.
