He hurt himself doing it. Need to go back to the basics and work his way up. This video proved nothing.

Well, you do have to give it to him that he is very strong. People who haven't tried it don't realize how freaking heavy that thing is, plus the way it was put together threw him off I think.

Go check out some kettlebells, it's truly amazing how much way they can compact into a ball of weight.

yes I'm not small guy and I just bought 12 lbs and I think that is heavy enough for now. Dumbbells I think are lighter then kettlebells

kb gives a quick boost of power and strength compared to traditional free weights like dumbells or barbells. 1 rep of kb is equal to 10 reps in a dumbell with the same amount of weight.

<a href="" rel="nofollow"></a>

kettlebells give no more power or strenth than any other explosive weight movement, and a rep of a weight to ur body is just a rep with that weight, id say the kettlebell helped him at this weight in this lift because he didnt have to control the weight at the grip level, if this was a dumbell i doubt even one rep. If you cant understand why ill post it but im hoping you will figure it out ur self. . . good kettlebell lift sir, keep up the good work.
