strength is a skill
we don’t have guns in my country
Legally shooting a man for physically attacking you = Texas
wow I guess that I am right about how weak you are! 200 must be way more than what you can do. and you are full of shit too! if you shoot an unarmed person simply for starting a fight you will go to prison. the states dont have the authority to say what murder is dumb fuck. that is up to the feds maybe your fag boy friend will beat me up after I knock the teeth out of your queer head. oh wait I forgot!! your state lets you kill people for that! you must live in a state in some 3rd world country.
The fact that you referenced A. my height, and B. 200lb. inclines me to believe that you are a puny dwarf with a chronic case of shortman’s disease.
You show a woeful ignorance of the variegate nature of the law. In my state, there is no obligation to back down from an assailant. One can legally defend oneself with deadly force. So, hobbit bitch, if you want to–best case scenario–spend the rest of your life in a wheelchair, shitting into a bag, try me.
As to the rest, ask an MD, stupid
you are a fucking idiot. you disagree with 271975hctruth;s statment but you offer no evidence to dispute it. and 6’6 250 is fucking weak I bet you cant bench 200. usually taller guys are weak as bitches because they have no leverage since thier limbs are so long. pull a gun out in a fight and get ready for jail. unless you are posting from prison I assume you have never used that gun nor will you ever.
it oculd be like 160lbs,
You go ahead and continue to rely on your size, I on the other hand will continue to rely on skill, strength, speed.
This brings up an interesting point. At my size (6′ 6″ 250ish) I don’t have the masculinity insecurities that prompt comments like that. We’ll never see eye-to-eye, because I don’t have short man’s disease. I’d still be the big dog if I didn’t work out at all.
that is fine, you should look into a pottery class or something much safer, as for me I love manly activities , I accept the small risk for the hugh reward.
it’s probably fake,but if not,a legendary
Iron Master – Arthur Saxon was anyway
stronger than this guy.His one hand
jerk record(was 100kg)and Bent
Press was 161 Kg(354 pounds)
but it’s fake,please remove this
video or prove it that it’s real.we
don’t belive that it’s true.
jerking more than his bodyweight overhead with one arm, 7 times is very animal! interesting to have seen what he was doing hanging off the pullup bar afterwards….
Yes. Of course you can injure yourself with garden variety weight training… especially if you’re swinging said weights around.
Kettlebells are on another level of injury potential because of how they are used.
Well have to agree to disagree on the potential for orthopedic injury presented by swinging around what is essentially a small wrecking ball with a handle.
As to being overpowered by someone, I’m not concerned with that. I’m 6′ 6″, well over 250lbs and, most significantly, I have a concealed carry permit and a .40 S&W.
people use kettle bells because they use the whole body and are not hard on the shoulder because it is all ways in the socket to forward notice he pushes with his hips, back and etc I have a 400 lbs bench the kettle bell gives you grip strength and the muscle confussion is incredible and yes it has been around 100 yrs its ugly but so is being over powered
by some with man strength not gym strength and the joint strength you develop is deep not dependent on your size
It’s the same with normal weight training…get good instruction, know your limits and don’t use more weight than you can handle.
You can just as well fuck up your joints with normal weight training.
I have never used a kettle bell.
I have, however, scrubbed in on many orthopedic surgeries. So, I’m going to pass on these dangerous looking things in favor or regular, adjustable, dumbbells.
The way that I’ve seen people swinging those things around on Youtube, there are bound to be many injuries. Joints and connective tissues (i.e. ligaments and tendons) take a long time to heal… even if you don’t need surgery.
lol, have you ever used a kettle bell? Not the same animal at all. Not dangerous if youre not an fool with it.
Why, would anyone use that awkward 19th century-looking looking thing instead of a dumb-bell. Looks dangerous to me… and I have no intention of fucking up a rotator cuff.
you are retard,if you really belive that
it’s true.have you ever workout
with kettlebells?
youre retarded. i want to punch you in the face.
about 100?
Sorry, believers.
This Kettlebell is not 200lbs.
200lbs my ass.
holy crap he’s wearing flip flops…
