    TO EVERYONE ASKING HOW MUCH OF THIS YOU HAVE TO DO TO “GET RIPPED” , the best way to lose fat is NO SECRET, watch your caloric intake, you need to watch what you eat!! and if you wanna try this out, you should probably do this every day, being that you can wrk your abs out everyday without them “needing rest” although the form shown on here is rather poor

    Not sure how you can be french and not speak french… c’est pas tres logique :)
    The problem I see with this video is that: 1) you can’t target fat loss 2) poor form. The windmill as demonstrated is pretty dangerous. The weight should be supported by the hip by locking the supporting leg. It should be mentioned that the glutes have to be squeezed when moving back up in order to protect the back (and give more power).

    One must not forget…. Wear the right sized pants for your body. If you wear “trying to squeeze my fat into my pants” smaller sized clothing you’ll create more of the roll. It is quite gross looking and absolutely NO sexappeal. So please ladies, loosen up! ;)

    please take a health or nutrition class. fat and protein are chemically and structurally different.
    fat cannot turn to muscle. you can increase muscle mass which increases metabolism which reduces fat but fat itself wont turn into muscle.

    Dumb! Those only work slightly if the weight is light. Soon as you go to heavy you gain muscle which makes you look fatter. Cardio is the way to go to loose the love handles.
