Cross-fit exercise has Kettle-ball training in its routines as well, so you can use Cross-fit for both, which is probably a good routine for losing weight for you.

There is no such thing as the “best workout” that I can think of, people usually put together good routines and exercise for others to follow. I suppose it is up to you to determine which suits you best, say like P90X or Insanity, both are great intense workouts, but both vary for results. So if you want a great workout, try gathering some info from the Web on Cross-fit Training and Kettle-ball training and put together a workout for yourself. Sometimes that is the best workout one can get.

the best workout is the one you enjoy. eat healthy, no sugar foods or sugar drinks and exercise.
