I have a degree in sports medicine, natural medicine, and I am NASM certified!
RKC is good for beginner who have not a lot of experience!
This vid is about 18 month old, my technic improved a lot;)
I will start to shoot some new vids in the next six weeks!!!
Peace, Ralf

Wow, you definitely not using any Barbie weights there lol. I don’t usually hear about MMA/jiujitsu athletes training with KBs that heavy, it’s mainly hardcore kettlebell fanatics. Are you looking get RKC certified?

What size kettlebell do you usually use for your workouts: 24 kg, 32 kg, or 40 kg?

I do this one only once a week (Wednesday’s), and circuit training on Mondays and Fridays! I do them before, because the routine requires total attention not to get injured;)

You should buy some mats so you can do your kettlebell workouts on them without having to worry about damaging any property if you drop or loose control of the kettlebell, so you push yourself harder during your workout.

Hey mate, have you tried doing the Kb swings bhy locking your knees when the kettlebell is down, like they do in Girevoy Sport? It’s a lot more economic way of doing them, but at the end, just another way of doing it. So whatever one likes. Peace!

One safety tip: I definitely recommend wearing shoes when exercising with kettlebells.

Nice video. Sounds like Rammstein in the background — good music for a hard workout.

Hi Armenius,

When you say you would train underwater, do you mean some kind of cardiovascular training like swimming or some kind of weight training like getting plates at the bottom of the water and bringing them up to the surface ?

Thanks.

No I did not!
But there are very beneficial, because the water forces you to breathe harder (better oxygen intake), and takes away stress from your joints!
If I had a pool, I would defiantly train under water;)

Thanks for the free advice. I just finished watching all your videos and was very impressed with all of them. I hope you put up some more. Have you done any MMA training in the water? I’d like to start learning more about doing underwater anaerobic mma workouts.
