I’m using a pair of 8kilo (17.6 lb) kettlebells, and this is my 2nd round of the circuit. The first round kicked my butt, so you can imagine what this one was like! First round = 4:30min and second round was roughly 4 minutes (I think I wanted to just be done)!!! Kettlebells rock! Exercises: Renegade Row x 5 ea Double Swing x 10 Alternating Cleans x 5 ea Reverse Lunge w …

Hey! I’m using two 8kilos. Have gotten more and more into kettlebells and can tell you that with each workout, you’ll feel more “polished” with your technique. :) I would suggest getting an 8kilo to start and get your technique down before moving up to a 12kilo. Best of luck to you! :)

what size kettlebells are you using and what would you suggest for a beginer to purchase? I am a 41 year old woman with average strength. I may be a little stronger than average. I also want to do the tabata workouts with the kettlebells.

OK, MWF, do 8 sets of C&J, as many as you can until you start to lose form. Then 4-6 sets of hanging leg raises (I do 10 reps). T & Th, as many sets of 5 side presses as possible (each arm), rest 10 minutes, and do that many sets of 5 pullups. Eat clean, repeat 4 weeks, wake up skinny!

Kettlebells are the shizznit! addicitve! I can’t go back to regular freeweieghts again. I know what you mean about getting your ass kicked in the 1st rnd then tryin to get through the 2nd!

That’s a great circuit! Might have to try it out to complement the “Belarus Fat-Loss Experiment”.
