I use a heavy dumbell to do that exercise simply because in my home gym I don&#039;t have any Kettle bells. I am pushing 60 and I have been using that exercise in my routine and have had great results doing it. I have never been injured doing this particular movent because it is smooth. Compound movements combined with speed burn fat and build  muscle. I have been working well over four 4 decades and trust me this is something you want to incorporate into your fitness program.</description>

You shouldn&#039;t talk about yourself like that kkristen1, be happy with who you are, have confidence. Big girls can be beautiful too you know ;) If you truly want to imrpove your health, set up a proper exercise program and a nutrition plan for yourself with realistic goals. Dont expect to lose 10 pounds in a week, but stick to it and you will slowly melt away that extra bit of fat until you are lean and mean!
