I dont know why this video had so many low ratings, but I gave it a 5... it is kinda short though, but he's good at explaining.

I've been incorporating these into my workout for about a month now, but his explanation helps to clean up some of my balance issues. I hate the endless videos you see of rows where the whole body twists to compensate. Short and sweet. Great demo!

This video was PERFECT, thanks for taking the time to post it. That thing you did where you put your arm out in front, was a breakthrough for me, after that, this exercise was cake.

I'm going to do that "weightless" preparation step from now on.

THANK YOU!!!!!

Kettlebells won't make you big and pumped like western style bodybuilding with barbells and plates, kettlebells assist you in developing long lean muscle, strength, flexibility and endurance. I've done Football, Baseball, bodybuilding style weight lifting, triathlons, and martial arts, but none of those can match the fitness levels I've obtained through the kettlebell.

So we're supposed to take lifting advice from somebody who looks like they've never touched a weight in their life?

<a href="" rel="nofollow"></a>

Almost every kettlebell exercise engages literally hundreds of muscles at once. Most expert level kettlebell lifters have profound functional strength without bulky size. This is because the very nature of kettlebell training triggers greater Myofibril density. Myofibrils are contractile organisms within the muscle that are directly related to strength

You are without a clue. Looks do not indicate strength, and Anthony is one very strong human (who I've seen lift in person).

<a href="" rel="nofollow"></a>

This exercise comes naturally to me even though i didn't try it yet because i have only 1 KB.
KB training builds muscle endurance, hearth strength, conditioning, and much more. Try to do swings or snatches not for reps but for time and you will need a bucket to puke your breakfast. And dont judge the strong man by his looks if you looks at MMA you will see that most of them look like regular mortals. But strong athletes that train every day.

instead of worrying about how people look

why don't you just try this once and see if it's a workout?
