dumbells are balanced in the palm of your hand. as was mentioned in the start of this video, kettle bells are not. (i am talking about the center of mass)

Why would it have been harder with kettlebells? If you use 20 pound dumbbells and 10 pound kettlebells which is harder? Also kettlebells are easier to hold in this workout. dumbbells don’t offer that much range, when you work with them, so that’s why they are easier to handle. Also this workout is specialised for kettlebells.

No, it would have been much harder with kettlebells, which is the point.

I did a full 1 hr kettle bell work out at the gym yesterday with my PT instructor and I am aching like mad all over my body. So so intense and awesome. Perfecting the Technique is a must to avoid injury. What a fat burner.

What makes Kettlebells unique over Dumbells is the fact that they’re free motion when you swing. Like your jerk and clean above your head that sort of thing keeps your stabilizing muscles working constantly and builds your core muscles. Kettlebells are HIGHLY underrated.

Well I do have some abs, but I did many of Arnels workouts, plus a lot of cardio, which is essential for you to make your abs visible.

I did this workout with dumbbells, so yes you can, but I guess it’d be a bit easier to do it with a kettlebell.
