was at his seminars in zadar croatia. great expirience. i recomend everyone to go to his seminar if you get the chance. great instructor.

minden elismerésem Péter! Az elmult néhány hónapban fel kellett szednem 15-20 kilót. A kettlebell mennyire alkalmas az eredeti állapt visszaállítására, és mennyi idő alatt?

Normally I have three trainings day/week pre planned. Soft-medium-heavy days. The rest is alternative days, when I do training for fun. Normally I train every day between 10-45 min.
