The girl who presents this is awesome! I’ve never seen so much wit, enthusiasm, and charm in a host! I wouldn’t be surprised if one of these days we see her on some show on the E Channel, or something like that. Really great job! I think people in the business should learn from her on how to be professional and naturally beautiful!
KBs are a great way to lose weight. I still believe they should be combined with sensible eating habits however. Otherwise it gets harder to slim down.
