KBs are a great way to lose weight. I still believe they should be combined with sensible eating habits however. Otherwise it gets harder to slim down.

The girl who presents this is awesome! I've never seen so much wit, enthusiasm, and charm in a host! I wouldn't be surprised if one of these days we see her on some show on the E Channel, or something like that. Really great job!
