It’s somewhere on the dragondoor website.

There are several college sports teams the have replaced in-season running with high rep kettlebell swings and snatches.

There’s actually an article on the net of a marine that trained for a marathon and never ran the first step. Just used kettlebell for his cardio.

Hammer and sickle? What is the issue? That is a symbol of the working class. If it was not for the Communist League of America in the early 1900′s there would be no stable work unions or safe and fair labor laws.

Bummer. But how then do you explain the Russian national anthem.

Comrade Johncfl, this is not a political area.

That guy with the hammer and sickle needs to wake up to what Putin and his KGB actions are up to in Russia and beyond — it’s nothing to be proud of to say the very least. Read the article on Putin in the latest Esquire.

I just started to train with kettlebells and it is absolutely awesome. I have been weight training for awhile and wanted to try something new. The fucking dude jumping up and down the table on one leg is my motivator. Great video.
