Enter the kettlebell
Super joints

All of the principles in these books he follows so he will probably still be doing pistols

He has great technique, no doubt in 20 years time he wont be as he is in the sense of total freakness but every bit about the guy is strong. As long as he sticks to good technique which he has you have less chance for injury.
