yea thats the whole point of kettlebells, it trains most of the muscles people need athletically together

I love these types of workouts because they target so many muscles, rather than just one. You get the whole body involved. Great vid!

Nice to get some infomation about AKC long-cycles…Subtle differences in execution from the RKC.
If you’re going for reps (in the hundreds if you wish) on a KB C&J, then AKC is the style of choice.

Yeah, very different. However, the Equinox trainers are being taught Hard Style, whereas this is GS, two very different forms. The Nox employees also learn a limited amount intended to be integrated into their training plan, so most are not strict ‘kettlebell trainers’ although there are a few who are very proficient. I do give Equinox credit for even having kettlebells, most chain gyms don’t. Great video.
