yea thats the whole point of kettlebells, it trains most of the muscles people need athletically together
Very clear explanation of exercises. Thanks!
very good video, really awesome explaination
Excellent.
This is BY FAR the best demo of a very difficult exercise. Good work. Excellent video.
Well explained. Excellent Vid.
Dude you look a little tough.
Lets do a seminar sometime.
I love these types of workouts because they target so many muscles, rather than just one. You get the whole body involved. Great vid!
Very articulate teaching instructions and incredibly smooth & flowing, exactly how a fighter should be or anyone for that matter. You make it look too easy.
excellent body mechanics
Top quality instruction. I’m not a fighter and currently train in the RKC style but am very interested down the road in studying this technique.
Excellent teaching skills. Very good.
Great informative vid, thanks!
Excellent video. Thanks for the insight and tips.
good footage
sweet vid! check out mine, i havent had any training but i love to box and fight
Nice to get some infomation about AKC long-cycles…Subtle differences in execution from the RKC.
If you’re going for reps (in the hundreds if you wish) on a KB C&J, then AKC is the style of choice.
Thanks for the post
Yeah, very different. However, the Equinox trainers are being taught Hard Style, whereas this is GS, two very different forms. The Nox employees also learn a limited amount intended to be integrated into their training plan, so most are not strict ‘kettlebell trainers’ although there are a few who are very proficient. I do give Equinox credit for even having kettlebells, most chain gyms don’t. Great video.
ditto… read your article with great interest.
Great instruction! Thanks.
